Return, Refund & Replacements

Kindly read the following norms carefully, for any queries feel free to reach us.

If you are qualified for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following norms:

​

  • Refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from the customer's premises.

  • Once receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.

  • The refund will be initiated via NEFT, Cash or by the way payment was originally made. 

  • Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.

***If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not adhere to the specifications as per your original order, you can return it on the spot, at the time of delivery. No requests for return will be accepted post-delivery.

​

If you are qualified for a refund or a promotional code (as the case may be), the same shall be given to you as per the following norms:

​

  • All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from the customer's premises. 

  • The refund amount for the orders paid will be refunded within 2-3 working days from the date of initiating the refund. 

  • The refund vide a promotional code for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 3-5 working days through hard copy or e-mail. 

  • Once the promotional code has been used, it shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by the customer or by DigitalEzzy.

Warranty

 

       ***Products with 6-months warranty covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.

​

Warranty Summary

 

6-months domestic warranty for all new products. We will provide replacement of particular damaged parts only or entire product in case of non availability of damaged parts.

Covered in Warranty

​

Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. Warranty will cover only functional parts having manufacturing defects, termite & fungus, color fading & product failure.

​

Not Covered in Warranty

​

Warranty is non-transferable, valid only in the city of Chennai and extended only to the first end user customer (Customer). Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorized usage, continuous contact of water, improper installation by customer, normal wear and tear caused due to use of the product.

​

This limited warranty does not apply to:

​

  • Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process. 

  • Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product. 

  • Cracks during the random displacement. 

  • Product contacted to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood. 

  • Over the course of time solid woods are bumped into minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product. 

  • As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen in view of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty. 

  • There is no warranty on upholstery/coverings/cushion covers.
