         We extend our wings of shipping within greater Chennai. We reach your door step for safe delivery of your ordered product.

Our speed

​

          Depending upon the product it may differ. For furniture, it will take a maximum of 2-3 working days once the order placed by a customer. We are always happy to reach you in committed time.

 

Our charge

​

          We are working to offer free door-step delivery for all products irrespective of the cost. As of now, we are providing free delivery only for orders cost above INR 5,000.

Delivery

​

          If you are in the area where our shipment services are yet to start, then also we make your delivery at door step in possible ways with some conditions subjected:

  • Make an advance payment of the entire amount with the transportation cost. 

  • Installation and warranty will not be provided/covered for such transportation orders. 

  • DigitalEzzy does not provide any kind of After Sales Services where the sales have been made to business or corporate offices. 

  • Prices on the website are with fluctuations. So, the price in the date of the order and invoice is the final. 

  • Free delivery is applicable only for first visit to your ship-to address. In case you missed that time, additional charges will be added for shipment and later installation. 

  • In case of lift service is not in your building, our delivery partner will deliver only to the ground floor. 

  • Additional charges will be applicable for the deliveries that are after office hours and national holidays. 

  • Once the orders have reached your delivery address and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, DigitalEzzy furniture shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.

Cancellations

​

     Cancellation in Case of Damage:  Out of blue, if you received a product with damage or defect, bring it to our knowledge at the time of delivery and register a complaint at

+91-790-453-9014. Within in 72 hours, your complaint will be addressed by our personnel.

Cancellation in case of wrong product:  If you found the delivered one is not the actual one you ordered in terms of specification(s), bring it us immediately by reaching out below contact details.

Cancellation prior to delivery:  Cancelling products prior to its delivery can be made either by two ways contacting us or logging into your account and selecting “Request cancellation” option. If any advance paid for those cancellations that were made before Delivery Attempt, then it will be refunded as per policies.

​

Cancellation at the time of delivery:   In case you are delivered with damaged product or not the one you ordered in terms of specifications, you may return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery.

​

***Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled as per policy norms.

      Depending Upon the original cause, Replacement or Refund will be afforded.

Cancellation after delivery

     

  • As per the norms, we are not providing cancellation at any cost for the orders once the product is delivered. 

  • Items bought on discount during the sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery. 

  • If you found any product with damage, feel free to contact us and it can be accessed within 1-2 days and better solution will be offered by the authority person from DigitalEzzy after examining the product. 

  • Cancellation policies are subject to areas.

NOTE

​

     We will not process the cancellation or replacement request that has been made after the time of delivery. Therefore, we recommend you to try to be there at the time of delivery to check the product and its specifications — if you found any variations on the product delivered with your original order, please inform our personnel there itself. We will consider your request and find the solution at the earliest.
