What actually “Rent to Own” is?

Would you like to own the appliance or furniture that you have been renting with us? We are providing the option to do so. We extend our gratitude towards our customers—if you want to take orders on rent than purchasing it for own, then don’t worry; take it for rent. During the rental contract if you wish to own the same rather than buying new products from unknown vendors, own the product—lesser the purchase price as long as you are in rent with us.

How practical the “Rent to Own” is?

 

Once you have made your decision to own it, just contact us, we will send you the quotation for the product (including the old rental agreement till date). You can own the product once you purchased from us.

 

Why “Rent to Own”?

You might have taken on rent for various reasons—plan to relocate, check longevity of the product, doubtful for comfort—once if you decided to own it, you can now be with your affectionate, affordable, safe and flexible things, which are TESTED by YOURSELF.

 

What will be the purchase price then?

Our calculation is transparent—it’s purely depends on the condition and nature of the product. All your rent till date has benefit against the purchase price. In this way, the new purchase price after every rent payment is lower than the previous one. It is just as pre-paying on your loan payment.

 

Do you provide warranty on the purchased items?

Of course, Yes! We are providing warranty for six months for the new products. Even after the warranty period, feel free to connect with us for maintenance and service facilities just by paying a small fee.

 

Can I purchase the product in advance without renting them?

 

This feature is not available for now. But we are open to consider your request in this concern; so please connect with us for related queries.

 

Do I open to see the same product that I am going to get?

 

It depends on the products and availability of the same. We are selling both the Brand new products and second hand products; so, we request you to check with the description of the product. Even you can enquire us about the availability and you can choose your favorite among them. In some case, if the stock what you seen in website is not available, we take your order and work on it to bring you that.

In case of furniture you will get what you see on the website. Sometimes the actual products that you receive might be different from the images in the website. We are selling Brand new products and Used/Second Hand Products, so kindly check the product description to check you are purchasing the new or used products. After placing your order our customer care executives will get in touch with you with the list of available options and you can chose your most preferred option among them.

 

Is there a buy-back guarantee on the products purchased through the Rent To Own scheme?

 

Sorry, currently we do not have a buy-back policy on products sold through Rent to Own scheme. Nonetheless, we are providing a 6-month long service warranty on all products purchased through Rent To Own.
